Overview A high-profile cultural and tourism roadshow hosted by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) at Tysons Corner Center, Virginia. The event successfully introduced Korea's heritage and modern culture to over 560 on-site attendees primarily targeting young professionals aged 25–34 in the East Coast region (D.C., Maryland, Virginia) area through interactive showcases and immersive activities.
Key Contributions & Deliverables
Key Visual Development: Conceptualized and designed the overarching key visual identity entirely from scratch, establishing a compelling brand foundation that anchored the entire campaign across all physical and digital mediums.
Spatial Layout & Booth Design: Directed the comprehensive booth layout and spatial arrangement to optimize visitor flow and engagement within a high-traffic shopping center environment.
Environmental & Event Signage: Designed all large-scale event graphics, including custom table covers, table-top banners, and standing banners to maintain strict visual consistency throughout the venue.
Print Collateral & Marketing Assets: Created essential promotional materials, including official event leaflets and the promotional poster for the 'Dance to Korea' highlight program.
Digital & Social Media Design: Developed multi-channel digital assets, including the Tysons Corner Center on-site digital advertisements and optimized promotional posters for Instagram.
Production & Vendor Management: Handled the technical design pipeline from final asset file preparation to direct communication with vendors for fabrication and production sourcing.
On-Site Operational Support: Acted as an active on-site staff member during the roadshow, facilitating live operations, managing visitor touchpoints, and ensuring all physical design elements were executed flawlessly.
