Experiential Program Curation: Programmed a multidimensional event flow—ranging from data-driven keynotes and tech-driven K-beauty experience zones to cultural performances and curated premium VIP gift packaging.
Full-Scale Design Execution: Directed and designed all physical and digital event branding touchpoints, ensuring a premium, sophisticated aesthetic that aligned with the prestige of KTO.
Sponsorship & Partnership Management: Successfully pitched and secured sponsorship prizes and goodie bag curations from global corporate partners (Korean Air, Delta, Asiana, Air Premia, Air Canada, Rejuran, Mixsoon, BANO).
Post-Event Reporting: Conducted comprehensive performance analysis and authored the final outcome report detailing the event’s strategic impact.
